There are several regions of Pravia with varying cultural, societal, and historical differences. While regions of Pravia are often arbitrary and up to the discretion of the categorizer, the official regions of Pravia described by the Pravian Union are as follows.

The overwhelmingly most popular religious affiliation in Pravia is Christianity. Specifically, in the east, Catholic Christianity, while in the west, Protestant Christianity. Berats is the only non-Christian nation in Pravia to be adherent to a Abrahamic religion, being the only Islamic-majority nation in the continent. The Velkanian Isles and Maru are the only nations to adhere to folk religions instead of an organized religion.
In a 2014 study, it was revealed that Eastern Pravia was the most religious region in the continent. Norsom was determined to be the most religious, with 95% of the population self-identifying as "very religious", and 92% of the population attending religious services "at least weekly". On the other hand, Resha and Kypa were determined to be the least religious, with only 7% and 4%, respectively, identifying themselves as believing in God.
